Fred Kindl established Encotech, Inc and Encotech Engineering, PC in 1973, after a 22-year career with General Electric. Mr. Kindl developed the eSTPE (Steam Turbine Performance Evaluation) program and is currently working on the latest version of Etracker (On-line Performance Monitoring) software and several upgrade projects both in the Nuclear and Fossil power industry. Fred's areas of expertise include:

Jim joined our Engineering Team in 2000 after 39 years with General Electric. As a former steam turbine startup engineer, design engineer and design engineering manager, Jim brings an expertise in the area of design and operation of steam turbines and accessory systems for fossil-fired, nuclear, and combined cycle applications. His experience includes that of engineering manager for the design of nuclear moisture separator/reheaters for General Electric. Jim has also taken over the role of Presenter for the K.C. Cotton Steam Turbine Performance Improvement seminar. Jim's areas of expertise include:

· Jens Kure-Jensen, P.E.
Jens has over 35 years of experience in development, design, and testing of steam turbines, especially their controls and accessories. He has designed or directed the design of new and larger steam turbine elements for fossil, nuclear and combined cycle applications. For the past seven years, as a senior consultant with Encotech, he has studied the cost structure of power and ancillary services generation and also participated in major turbine failure investigations. Jens' areas of expertise include:
