Etracker-Remote™
Etracker-Remote is essentially the same as Etracker-OLM, except that the computer is located in the Encotech, Inc. offices in Schenectady, NY, or the computer may be located in the monitored plant and Encotech will log in to observe conditions on a daily basis. For the first alternative, necessary operating data is sent to Encotech, Inc. over the Internet.
The current condition of the unit being monitored is reviewed on a daily basis, a condition report is e-mailed to the utility on a weekly basis (more or less frequently as desired), and any significant changes in performance are reported immediately. This makes available a trained and experienced performance engineer to continuously monitor the condition of the steam plant and to provide prompt additional diagnostic services, as needed, for those situations where a properly trained performance engineer is not available in the plant.
